- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools.
- In a medium bowl, combine the feta cheese and softened cream cheese.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Toast the baguette slices in an oven or toaster oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Spoon the whipped feta into a serving bowl and drizzle hot honey on top.
- Serve the warm, toasted baguette alongside the whipped feta and enjoy!
Notes
