Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the feta cheese and softened cream cheese.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
  4. Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Toast the baguette slices in an oven or toaster oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Spoon the whipped feta into a serving bowl and drizzle hot honey on top.
