- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, mix grape jelly and BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and coat them in the sauce mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
