Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, mix grape jelly and BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
  6. Remove meatballs from the oven and coat them in the sauce mixture.
