  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip (for topping)
  • Extra fruit for garnish
  • Edible flowers (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Make the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until blended. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Chill.
  2. Prepare the Graham Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar; press into the bottom of a trifle bowl.
  3. Assemble the Trifle: Layer graham mixture, cheesecake filling, pineapple chunks, and mango. Repeat layers, finishing with fruit and whipped cream.
  4. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
