- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 cups fresh diced mango
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip (for topping)
- Extra fruit for garnish
- Edible flowers (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until blended. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Chill.
- Prepare the Graham Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar; press into the bottom of a trifle bowl.
- Assemble the Trifle: Layer graham mixture, cheesecake filling, pineapple chunks, and mango. Repeat layers, finishing with fruit and whipped cream.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
