Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon or lime slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add honey or simple syrup and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water, stir to combine, and taste to adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves and lemon or lime slices.
Notes
Store leftover lemonade in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.
