- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 large ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
- Pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Start by measuring out 1 1/2 cups of pineapple chunks and 1 ripe banana.
- Prepare your blender. In the blender, combine the pineapple, banana, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup of your choice of milk.
- Add sweetness and chill. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add in the 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup. If you want it extra cold, toss in a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend it all together! Secure the top of your blender and blend everything on high speed for about 30-60 seconds. Stop and check the consistency. If it’s not as smooth as you like, you can blend it a little longer.
- Pour with care. Once you have a silky-smooth mix, pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
- Garnish and enjoy. Top each glass with a pineapple wedge for a pretty touch.
