Description

A refreshing Summer Mango Passionfruit Smoothie that combines sweet mango and tangy passionfruit for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 3/4 cup chilled coconut water or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Passionfruit halves for garnish
  • Mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and chopping the mangoes and preparing the passionfruit pulp.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, fresh passionfruit pulp, coconut water or almond milk, yogurt, and honey/lime juice if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes for extra chill if preferred and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
  6. Garnish with passionfruit halves and mango slices.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
