A delightful treat that combines layers of brownie, cookie dough, and cherry for a nostalgic summer dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix
- Eggs, oil, and water as per box instructions
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- Maraschino cherries, patted dry
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate candy melts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Bake the brownies according to the instructions on the box. Let cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled brownies into fine pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Gradually stir in heat-treated flour until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it and place cherry or pie filling in the center. Mold the dough around it and cover with crumbled brownie.
- Shape into balls and freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip each bomb into it. Let excess drip off.
- Decorate with maraschino cherries and drizzle chocolate on top if desired. Chill until set.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to five days. Freeze for longer storage.
