Ingredients

  • 1 large crusty bread bowl
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the shrimp, scallops, crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  3. Carefully hollow out the crusty bread bowl, making sure to leave a thick wall of bread.
  4. Spoon the warm seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl and pack it gently.
  5. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with reserved bread pieces for dipping.
