- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.
- Layer half of the shrimp and crab meat over the noodles.
- Add a layer of Alfredo sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers (noodles, seafood, sauce, cheese).
- Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a green salad and a crisp white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
