Description

A delightful, creamy seafood twist on a classic lasagna, featuring shrimp, lump crab meat, and rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
  3. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.
  4. Layer half of the shrimp and crab meat over the noodles.
  5. Add a layer of Alfredo sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers (noodles, seafood, sauce, cheese).
  7. Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a green salad and a crisp white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
