Description
A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dip made with ground beef, Velveeta cheese, and Rotel tomatoes, perfect for gatherings and parties.

			- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 16 ounces of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- Optional: 8 ounces of cream cheese or sour cream
- Seasonings: Taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Drain the grease.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes (don’t drain them) and the Velveeta cheese into the skillet.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the Velveeta cheese is fully melted and the dip is smooth.
- Serve warm in a serving bowl.
Notes
For a crockpot method, transfer the cooked beef, Velveeta cheese, and Rotel tomatoes to a crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
