- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 jalapeños, roasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until charred.
- Allow the jalapeños to cool, then chop them up.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped jalapeños. Mix until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop the dip into a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
