Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeños, roasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until charred.
  3. Allow the jalapeños to cool, then chop them up.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped jalapeños. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Scoop the dip into a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
