- 1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (130g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (90g) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently until everything is well mixed.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space in between each.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
