- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix it with granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla and red food coloring until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it with a knife.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer and spread it out carefully.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
