- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine fresh broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well combined.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch or chill in the fridge for up to a day before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for part of the mayonnaise, and feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
