- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and cleaning the shrimp.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
- Add minced garlic and chopped red onion, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the shrimp and stir until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until vibrant green but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, dark brown sugar, and squeeze lime juice over it all, gently mixing everything together.
- Cook for an additional minute, ensuring everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving and enjoy immediately.
