- Snap Peas
- Onion (Red or Yellow)

- Hoisin Sauce
- Water Chestnuts
- Lettuce Cups (Butter Lettuce or Romaine)

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Break it up with a spoon or spatula as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss in the snap peas and water chestnuts. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the snap peas to become slightly tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and hoisin sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the ground beef mixture in the skillet. Stir well to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and the flavors to meld.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture into crisp lettuce cups. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions (if desired).
