Description

Delightful and simple Crumbl Cookies that are soft, chewy, and filled with chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed butter mixture, mixing gently until just blended.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned but the centers are soft.
  9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a different flavor, try adding nuts or using different types of chocolate chips.
