Delightful and simple Crumbl Cookies that are soft, chewy, and filled with chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed butter mixture, mixing gently until just blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned but the centers are soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a different flavor, try adding nuts or using different types of chocolate chips.
