Description
Pink Salt Trick Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup filtered water room temperature or warm
- 4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons ACV natural with mother
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
To Prepare Pink Salt Water
- 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
Preparing the Salt Concentrate (Optional Method)
-
Add 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt to a clean jar.
-
Pour in ½ cup of filtered water, leaving a little space at the top.
-
Seal the jar and let it sit for 12–24 hours to allow the salt to fully saturate the water.
-
After this time, you’ll have a saltwater concentrate called sole.
-
The solution is fully saturated when undissolved salt crystals remain at the bottom.
-
-
You can adjust the concentration by adding more salt or water as needed.
Daily Use
-
Each morning, mix 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of the salt concentrate
or
1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
directly into a large glass of room-temperature or warm water
(8–12 oz or 250–350 mL).
Optional additions for taste and added benefits:
-
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
-
1 teaspoon of raw honey (adds natural sweetness and calories)
Stir well and sip slowly.
When to Drink
-
Best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
-
Alternatively, split the dose:
-
Drink half in the morning
-
Drink the rest at midday
-
