Ingredients

- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of biscuits carefully.
- Separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Add a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Seal the biscuit by folding and pinching the edges closed.
- Repeat with all biscuits and cheese cubes.
- Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter and minced garlic (if using).
- Dip each bomb into the garlic butter.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
