Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of biscuits carefully.
  3. Separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  5. Add a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Seal the biscuit by folding and pinching the edges closed.
  7. Repeat with all biscuits and cheese cubes.
  8. Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter and minced garlic (if using).
  9. Dip each bomb into the garlic butter.
  10. Place on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
