Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in batches.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks or mini peanut butter cups.
- Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan, drizzle with half of the melted peanut butter, and repeat the layers.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Scoop the ice cream into cones or bowls and enjoy with optional toppings.
Notes
Chill your bowls and beaters for better whipping. Use a gentle folding technique to preserve air in the whipped cream.
