Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate chunks or mini peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (melted, for swirl)
  • Optional: chocolate drizzle, crushed peanuts, whipped cream, more chopped peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Place a large bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove the chilled bowl and pour in the heavy whipping cream. Whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in batches.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chunks or mini peanut butter cups.
  6. Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan, drizzle with half of the melted peanut butter, and repeat the layers.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Scoop the ice cream into cones or bowls and enjoy with optional toppings.

Notes

Chill your bowls and beaters for better whipping. Use a gentle folding technique to preserve air in the whipped cream.
