- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the egg mixture (eggs and milk), and one for the breadcrumb mixture (bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and Italian seasoning).
- Bread the chicken by dipping each breast into flour, then egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
