- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- Extra whipped cream for piping
- Whole Oreos for garnish
- Oreo crumbs for the sides
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the base of an 8-inch springform pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add granulated sugar and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture, then fold in roughly chopped Oreo cookies.
- Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Decorate: Pipe extra whipped cream on top, garnishing with whole Oreos and Oreo crumbs.
