Delightful no-bake clusters made with oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats and dried cranberries in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- In a small saucepan, add white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, honey, salt, and vanilla extract. Place over low heat.
- Stir the mixture continuously until everything melts together into a smooth consistency.
- Remove from heat and pour the warm mixture over the oat and cranberry mixture.
- Fold the ingredients gently to ensure every oat and cranberry is coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters with space in between.
- Chill the clusters in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Gently peel the clusters off the parchment paper once set.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
Notes
These clusters can be customized by adjusting sweetness or adding different fruits and nuts.
