No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Clusters

Description

A delightful treat combining crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Add pretzel twists to a large mixing bowl, breaking some into smaller pieces.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels and stir gently until coated.
  5. In another bowl, melt the caramel candies with the remaining tablespoon of heavy cream.
  6. Drizzle the melted caramel over the chocolate pretzel mix and gently fold it in.
  7. Scoop out clusters onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches wide.
  8. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each cluster.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  10. Enjoy your clusters or store them in an airtight container.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using different types of chocolate or incorporating nuts into the clusters.
