- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the almond flour and raspberries, being careful not to overmix.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let it set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
