A sweet and creamy no-bake dessert featuring a rich chocolate graham cracker crust and a smooth peanut butter filling.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (or Oreo crumb)
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the creamy peanut butter and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
- Once set, slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
