No-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Description

A sweet and creamy no-bake dessert featuring a rich chocolate graham cracker crust and a smooth peanut butter filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (or Oreo crumb)
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the creamy peanut butter and beat until well combined.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Once set, slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
