- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, Nutella, honey, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands, dampening them if necessary.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For a nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sun butter. These bites can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
