Description

A delightful no-bake treat combining the rich flavors of Nutella and peanut butter with wholesome oats, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, Nutella, honey, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands, dampening them if necessary.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

For a nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sun butter. These bites can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
