Description

A delightful no-bake dessert made with layers of creamy vanilla pudding and graham crackers, topped with a rich chocolate glaze. Perfect for family gatherings and celebrations!


Ingredients

  • 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box graham crackers (about 3 sleeves)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Top with the last layer of graham crackers.
  8. In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder with water to make a thin paste. Spread over the last layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

For variations, try using chocolate pudding or adding fresh fruit layers. Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free option.
