- 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 box graham crackers (about 3 sleeves)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
- Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with the last layer of graham crackers.
- In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder with water to make a thin paste. Spread over the last layer of graham crackers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
For variations, try using chocolate pudding or adding fresh fruit layers. Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free option.
