A simple and delicious no-bake fudge made with dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, hanging over the sides. Set aside.
- Melt the ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
- Combine flavors: Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and sea salt, and stir well. If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Transfer to baking dish: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Add the finishing touch: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place on a cutting board, and cut into squares.
