Description

A simple and delicious no-bake fudge made with dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a sprinkle of sea salt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, hanging over the sides. Set aside.
  2. Melt the ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Combine flavors: Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and sea salt, and stir well. If using, fold in chopped nuts.
  4. Transfer to baking dish: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Add the finishing touch: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  6. Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place on a cutting board, and cut into squares.
