- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- Chocolate glaze or frosting (to top)
- Graham crackers (for layering)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pudding and milk, whisk until thick and smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate glaze or frosting over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For best flavor, allow the cake to chill overnight. Optionally, garnish with whipped cream or fresh berries before serving.
