Description

A delightful, easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of creamy pudding, whipped topping, and graham crackers topped with rich chocolate glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • Chocolate glaze or frosting (to top)
  • Graham crackers (for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pudding and milk, whisk until thick and smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread chocolate glaze or frosting over the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  10. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, allow the cake to chill overnight. Optionally, garnish with whipped cream or fresh berries before serving.
