- 650 g skinless and boneless chicken breast
- 50 g plain flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 150 g sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 150 ml double cream
Instructions
- Start by dredging the chicken breast in plain flour lightly, shaking off the excess.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add crushed garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and paprika to the skillet, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the double cream, stir gently, and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken hot, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Garnish if desired.
