Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place potato wedges on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast potatoes in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- While the potatoes are roasting, cook the marinated beef on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
- Serve the honey beef alongside roasted potatoes, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
