Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving edges overhanging for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, combine dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add Salt: Remove from heat and mix in a pinch of salt carefully.
  4. Pour into Your Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Prepare the Raspberry Mixture: In a small bowl, mix raspberry puree and jam until well combined.
  6. Swirl in the Raspberry: Drop spoonfuls of raspberry mixture on top of the fudge, then gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Chill the Fudge: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
