Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, add olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the onion and garlic until soft, 3-5 minutes.
- Add ground beef; season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until slightly melted.
- Flatten biscuit dough pieces, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, and wrap to seal.
- Arrange sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
