Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, add olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the onion and garlic until soft, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef; season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until slightly melted.
  5. Flatten biscuit dough pieces, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, and wrap to seal.
  6. Arrange sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
