Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Description

A delightful and easy-to-make lasagna using frozen cheese ravioli, ground beef, and rich pasta sauce, all cooked in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes and drain excess fat.
  2. Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce into the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the ravioli.
  5. Add another layer of pasta sauce over the cheese.
  6. Spread the browned beef over the second sauce layer.
  7. Repeat the layering process until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of sauce and remaining cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Great for weeknight dinners and can easily feed a crowd. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
