Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and cook until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss cooked penne in the sauce and heat gently.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan.
