- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Penne Pasta: Boil a pot of salted water. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken strips and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Sauté the Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the Broccoli: Toss broccoli florets into the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Make the Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet, add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine and let it bubble slightly.
- Combine Everything: Add cooked penne and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and mix gently until coated. Heat for a couple more minutes.
- Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
