- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
- Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
- Serve the chicken over fluffy rice and drizzle with garlic-lemon sauce.
