Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
  8. Serve the chicken over fluffy rice and drizzle with garlic-lemon sauce.
