- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
- Add seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare rice in a separate pot using chicken broth instead of water for enhanced flavor.
- Once rice is cooked, reduce heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- To serve, place garlic Parmesan rice on each plate, top with sautéed chicken, drizzle with garlic oil from the skillet, and garnish with fresh parsley.
