Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Bell Pepper Burritos, filled with tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and creamy ranch dressing.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, black beans, and corn. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix gently.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15-20 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll from the bottom up tightly.
- For a crispy finish, cook the rolled burritos seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Let the burritos cool slightly before cutting. Use toothpicks to hold them together if needed.
