Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers, a crunchy graham cracker crust, and sweet cherry topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs look like wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2-3 minutes until it thickens, then spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the pudding layer and spread gently.
  7. Cover the dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Allow the dessert to chill for several hours for the best flavor. Experiment with toppings for variation.
