Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 bag shoestring French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned and onion is translucent (7-10 minutes).
- Mix in ketchup, mustard, diced pickles, and add salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer the shoestring fries on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and fries are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
