- 28 oz frozen shoestring French fries
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup. Mix well.
- Grease a large baking dish and spread the frozen shoestring French fries evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the beef mixture over the French fries and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
