Ingredients

  • 28 oz frozen shoestring French fries
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup. Mix well.
  4. Grease a large baking dish and spread the frozen shoestring French fries evenly across the bottom.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the French fries and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
