- 450g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions
- Toast the cashews in a medium-high heated frying pan until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, cook the sliced beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for an additional minute.
- Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and diced pineapple. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the toasted cashews and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles immediately.
