			- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce (or sauce of choice)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- If using frozen meatballs, adjust cooking time to 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
- Serve meatballs with sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider browning the meatballs in a skillet before adding them to the crockpot.
