Instructions

- Combine Everything Again: Return egg mixture to saucepan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add Butter and Vanilla: Stir in butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour Into the Crust: Spread the butterscotch filling evenly in the crust.
- Cool and Chill: Allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and drizzle with butterscotch sauce before serving.
