Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté sliced onion and bell pepper until soft and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, teriyaki sauce, and diced pineapple.
- Add the chicken mixture to the skillet and heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and fill hoagie rolls with the chicken mixture, topping each with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Broil in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
