  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onion, milk, barbecue sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into a uniform loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet. Brush extra barbecue sauce on top if desired.
  4. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
