Irresistible Bang Bang Chicken Bites Recipe Crispy chicken in a creamy spicy sauce Quick technique for restaurantquality flavor at home 144
Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cornstarch
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Oil (for frying)
Bang Bang Sauce
Chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and seasonings. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg. Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then dredge in the cornstarch mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the chicken pieces in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on a wire rack lined with paper towels. Transfer the fried chicken to a large bowl and generously toss with the Bang Bang sauce, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for a pop of color and added flavor. Serve immediately.
