Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add the eggs, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
